These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Wrongful Tow Evidence Kit ("Product") from POWERFUL INSIGHT VENTURES LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing the Product, you agree to these Terms.

Product Description

The Wrongful Tow Evidence Kit is a digital downloadable package containing PDF documentation tools, checklists, and organizers designed to help you collect and organize evidence related to tow disputes. The Product includes:

  • • Signage shot-list and photo documentation guide
  • • Spot/lot context checklist
  • • Vehicle condition photo checklist
  • • Invoice/payment organizer with paid-under-protest slot
  • • Tow ticket and company ID organizer
  • • Timeline and communications log
  • • Package index with official form resource links

Purchase and Delivery

The Product is sold for a one-time payment of $29 USD. Upon successful payment via Stripe:

  • • You will be redirected to a success page with a download link
  • • The Product is delivered as a single ZIP file containing all PDFs
  • • Delivery is instant and digital only - no physical products are shipped
  • • You may download the Product multiple times from the success page link

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided ONLY for:

  • • Non-delivery (you were charged but could not access the download)
  • • Corrupt or incomplete files that cannot be opened or used

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • • Satisfaction or subjective quality ("I don't like it" / "Not what I expected")
  • • Outcome of your tow dispute or any administrative/legal proceeding
  • • Change of mind after successful download
  • • User error or lack of understanding how to use the materials

To request a refund for non-delivery or technical issues, contact matan@verofin.org within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

License and Usage

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own documentation purposes. You may:

  • • Print the PDFs for your personal use
  • • Fill out forms digitally or on paper
  • • Use the materials to organize your own tow dispute evidence

You may NOT:

  • • Redistribute, resell, or share the Product with others
  • • Use the Product for commercial purposes
  • • Claim authorship or copyright of the materials
  • • Reverse engineer or create derivative works

No Warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that:

  • • The Product will meet your specific needs
  • • The Product will result in a successful dispute or claim
  • • The information is error-free or complete for all jurisdictions
  • • Use of the Product will result in any particular outcome

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWERFUL INSIGHT VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product ($29).

Jurisdiction-Specific Notice

Towing laws, regulations, and procedures vary significantly by state, county, and municipality. The Product provides general documentation tools but does not account for all local requirements. You are responsible for understanding and complying with laws in your jurisdiction.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POWERFUL INSIGHT VENTURES LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Product or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
